Spot Details
Just North of Gilson Beach, a public beach in Wilmette, and just south of Chestnut Beach (also public.) Nothing is allowed on the public beaches, but this stretch is private. It offers a long stretch to rig and launch, and 2 sets of sandbars in the water. Its my friends beach, but we surf there all the time and there are always walkers coming through. Just respect the area and stay away from the public beaches, they are not fans!
